These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Merci Technologies, Inc. regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral. Formal advisory engagements are governed separately by written service agreements.
